the benefit
Graphic recording (also known as visual recording or scribing) documents what is said and spoken at conferences, meetings, seminars, and conventions and translates this into appropriate imagery and metaphors. The documentation is created live on-site on boards or paper, or digitally on an iPad. I listen, filter what is said, and capture the key ideas graphically. The drawings depict atmospheres and emotions while simultaneously making connections and dynamics easily graspable and recognizable.
Through my live drawings, discussions, results, agreements, and even disagreements are visually captured, capturing words that would otherwise quickly be forgotten. Graphic recording creates a sense of identification with what is being said and a connection between participants.
I would be happy to advise you on the various possible uses and implementations.

My expertise
Since 2012, I have been developing individual graphic recording formats for conferences, seminars, workshops and much more for clients from all areas of business, politics and civil society.
I work alone or with other illustrators from my network. My working languages are German, English, or French. I look forward to hearing from you and exploring new collaborations.

Implementation
For graphic recording, I arrive early on the day of the event to make final arrangements and set up my setup. I look forward to the first stroke—whether analog on boards or paper, or digitally on an iPad.
Quotation preparation
My customized, tailored proposals will give you a clear idea of what our collaboration can offer you. I'm happy to build them from individual modules so you can put together the most suitable options yourself.
Result
At the end of the event day, you will receive the drawings directly afterward – whether analog or digital. For analog graphic recordings, I always offer digitization as an option, so they can be used quickly and easily, and in professional quality, to document your event.
Conception
After confirmation of the offer, we will work together in close consultation to develop the concept and a binding schedule for the order.
