The Transport and Climate Change Week 2021 – organized by GIZ, the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety – brought together diverse experts in traffic and transport from around the globe. In addition to the global program, participants were able to participate in regional exchange formats.
Learning together, exchanging ideas with like-minded people, networking with experts, and jointly advancing the decarbonization agenda – these were some of the goals of the event.

After the opening in the studio of the Global Hub Berlin, the national conference hubs in Asia, Africa, and Europe took center stage. In two "Global World Café" sessions, the hosts and delegates from the countries provided insights into their local environments and shared their perspectives on the current situation.
